Southern California native, living in San Clemente since 2000. Councilman Rick Loeffler has a distinguished career in law enforcement (LAPD and Carlsbad PD) and community leadership (San Clemente City Council and Friends of San Clemente Foundation). He is a proud family man and a dedicated member of the community.

If you live west of I-5 freeway (nearer to the ocean), chances are I will represent you on the San Clemente City Council if I am elected.

I will also represent my neighbors who live between Camino Las Ramblas and Avenida Vaquero on the northeast of I-5.
